Booking

To book a caravan call 01905 420096 or 07931 207632. You can make a booking or enquiry by email, just click onto the contact us page & fill in the form.

Caravans will be provisionally reserved for 7 days to allow time for your deposit to be received. Upon receipt of your deposit your booking will be confirmed.

Your final balance is due 6 weeks before your holiday commences. If your final balance has not been received by the due date the caravan will be re-let & no refund will be given.

Payment

Payments can be made by cheque, Paypal or by debit/credit card ( if using Paypal, debit or credit card a 2% charge applies).

Cot Hire

A cot that securely fits above one of the single beds can be hired for a charge of £8.00 per week or part week.

Conditions of hire

1. RESERVATIONS The application form should be fully completed and returned to Berge Caravans accompanied by the deposit of £60.00 per caravan per week. The outstanding balance is to be paid at least 6 weeks before your holiday, if we do not receive the balance by this date we reserve the right to re-let the caravan without notification and retain your deposit.

2. CANCELLATION DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. You are advised to insure your holiday against cancellation. Should you be unable to take your holiday we will attempt to re-let your caravan and if successful we will return all monies less the deposit.

3. ARRIVAL On arrival you should hand your key release note to the park reception where you will obtain your keys. Your accommodation will be ready from 3pm.

4. PARKING Car parking space is provided on site. Cars are not permitted to park alongside the caravans.

5. ACCOMMODATION Your caravan is cleaned and checked prior to each occupancy, please leave your holiday home and it’s contents in a clean and tidy condition on your departure. All breakages or damage to the caravan or it’s equipment must be reported to Berge Caravans who reserve the right to require the occupier to replace or make good the broken or damaged article.

6. LIABILITY Berge Caravans nor any persons working for or on their behalf accepts any responsibility whatsoever for any personal injury, illness, death, loss of or damage to property or personal possessions however caused.

7. CHILDREN Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult when using the club complex, playgrounds or swimming pools.

8. PETS No pets are permitted.

9. OVERCROWDING Should any party be found to contain a greater number than that on the booking form then the whole party including those on the booking form will leave the park at the request of Berge Caravans or any member of the park management.

10. GROUPS Please note we only accept bookings from families or couples.

NO SINGLE SEX PARTIES OF THREE OR MORE OR GROUPS OF UNACCOMPANIED TEENAGERS.
